Stefania is a second year massage therapy student who is passionate about helping people find relief and balance. Alongside her massage studies, she is also a certified personal trainer, RYT 200, and a registered holistic nutritionist. Her goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where you can relax and reconnect with your body.

A big part of her approach is focused on thorough assessment and understanding your specific needs. She believes that the best treatments come from tailoring each session based on your goals along with unique assessment findings. By taking the time to listen and evaluate, she creates a personalized treatment plan that truly addresses the root cause of your discomfort.

Erin Murray, BMR-PT earned her Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Physical Therapy from the University of Manitoba, with additional training in Acupuncture and Craniosacral Therapy. She has worked in diverse clinical settings in both Canada and the USA, including fly-in therapy for northern Manitoba communities. Erin combines evidence-based physiotherapy with complementary techniques to empower clients in managing their conditions and improving function in daily life, work, and play. Her guiding motto is: Helping people be better beyond rehabilitation.

Matthew graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree in 2017, then went on to complete his Master’s of Physical Therapy Degree in 2019 also at the U of M. Growing up, Matt competed in various sports including volleyball, basketball, golf, baseball, badminton, and soccer, but it was the sport of ice hockey that he excelled at. He competed at the provincial AAA level in Manitoba and has also worked as a goaltending coach for various organizations throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan. It was through hockey that he was first exposed to physiotherapy, as he sought physio services for many years due to a congenital hip condition. Matt also brings several years of experience working as a strength and conditioning coach in multiple gyms throughout Winnipeg, including the University of Manitoba Bison’s weight room. It was in these positions that he developed knowledge and proficiency related to exercise prescription for various populations. This background experience has fostered Matt’s preference for an active-based rehabilitation approach to help clients return to, or surpass their previous capacity. Matt believes strongly in the importance of continuing education and being a lifelong learner. He loves to regularly listen to podcasts and audiobooks relating to physiotherapy, exercise, nutrition and social psychology. Thus far in his career he has taken multiple continuing education courses and certifications, including the National Orthopaedic Division Level 1 and 2 (Upper and Lower) courses, Sport Physiotherapy Canada First Responder certification, The Running Clinic Level 1 Certification, Shift Concussion Level 1 & 2 certifications, several courses in Temporomandibular Disorder rehab, several courses in chronic pain, the Communic8 mentorship, and other various orthopaedic masterclasses. He plans to recertify through the National Strength and Conditioning Association soon, and long-term, complete the Master of Clinical Science (MClSc) in Sport and Exercise Medicine from UWO. Matt’s summarizes his philosophy of care as: “doing my best to provide clients with the tools and education that will help them better manage their health, gain confidence in moving, and provide a positive healthcare experience”.
